What white pencil thing are people talking about covering stains on their nails with?

what is it and how do you use it. Is it make of wax, is it like the same thing as an eye liner pencil or what? What white pencil thing are people talking about covering stains on their nails with?
If you are refering to stains on the nail after the nailpolish is removed, then here's a solution:

If you wear a base coat under your colored nail polish, then you won't have stains on your nails to begin with because the color will never penetrate the nail bed, which is what causes this discoloration. I've never heard of this, but if you follow this tip, you'll never have to use this pencil thing.

Otherwise, you might be talking about a stain remover for clothing? What white pencil thing are people talking about covering stains on their nails with?
I think it's just like eyeliner except white, you put it under your nails and it makes them look really clean. You can buy them in most shops around were they sell nail polish and make-up, and i think they're fairly cheap!
huh?
its this little pen that has a white tip and it has a liquid in it that can fix smudges, mistakes, or stains. it looks like a marker.
