How old does a rabbit have to be before you can cut there nails?

I have a rabbit she is 2 month and 2 days old i have only had her since saturday. She has really sharp longish nails that need cuttin i was wondering if rabbits have to be a certain ae before you can cut them or can i just cut them now??How old does a rabbit have to be before you can cut there nails?
You can clip at any age. Starting clipping at a young age is actually better, because then she will get used to it. Most rabbits HATE having their nails trimmed anyway. You can do it by holding them flat against your body and getting a friend to clip, or you can flip them on their back (my personal way of doing it). If your rabbit is difficult wrap them in a towel and then gently 'pull' each foot out of the towel until you can cut them. How old does a rabbit have to be before you can cut there nails?
Thereis no age limit really, if the nails are too long- clip them. On light colored rabbits you can see the vein pretty easily, you want the nail just longer than that vein. Any shorter and it will bleed and cause your bun a little pain/discomfort. If you have a really dark rabbit, just trim then a little long and only take the sharp edges off until you get more comfortable with it.
Another tip for if your rabbit has dark claws, if the rabbit is easy to handle and trusting you can look underneath the claws and there it is easier to see where the pink 'quick' ends.
IDK how should i no im not a vet!!!LOL!!!
