My first and third toe nails have separated from their beds. How do I get them fixed?

My first and third toe nails have separated from their nail beds and stayed like that for about 4 months and dont look nice at all? How do I get them fixed to grow normally?My first and third toe nails have separated from their beds. How do I get them fixed?

Getting them fixed is one thing. But, what caused them to separate from the beds? Was it injury or something more serious like a fungus that would need medical treatment? You need to see a foot doctor to determine the cause and to find out if they can be saved.
