There is an oil called Solar Oil that is made with over 20 different types of oils and you can buy it in places like Trade Secret or places that do nails. Order it online or from a place that sells OPI and other professional products. Rub this into your nails twice a day, even over your nail color. Remember to take your polish off once a week at the very least and use non-acetone nail polish remover! Don't subject your nails to alot of water activities such as handwashing excessively or washing dishes without gloves.
And ask your Dr. if you can take a skin, nail, and hair vitamin from GNC, Walmart, etc..it helps. Make sure to use nail strengthener too! Nail hardner is a godd way to keep your nails strong and healthy, it does work, although it will take time
Get some vitamin E oil, and rub on, including your cuticle, also, try OPI Nail Strengthener - I love it!
