My nails are really soft. Not where they break off, where they bend a whole lot. Is there anything I can take to make them harder?How do I make my nails softer?
they make nail glosses with calcium in them...I can find pics...one sec

having a diet high in calcium helps loads though too. Also...taking vitamins helps as well. Fish oil pills help a lot...plus they make your hair shiny and improve your skin =)
p.s. The way your question at the top said ';How do I make my nails softer?'; confused me so bad. I was like wtf...why would you want that? haha
