Just the plain french manicure kind. Are there any brands that you recommend that are better for your nails?How bad for your nails are fake stick on/glue on nails?
If your talking about the kind you can buy at the grocery store where you place the little sticker on the nail then apply the fake nail to your really one then no thats not bad at all but if you go the salon then yea theres a problem I have to stop every once in a while from getting acrylics on becuz the file it down so much and your nail is gone so I give them a break to grow in once again.How bad for your nails are fake stick on/glue on nails?
they're very bad. once you take them off the top layer of you nail is gone and basically you have to keep getting them done (keep stripping the top layer of your nail off) until you nails are weak and chip away... then you can't grow them naturally.
