Moisturize them with Burt's Bees cuticle cream, and use Sally Hansen's Hard As Nails nail polish. (You can get the kind that goes on clear.) It stops them from breaking, peeling, chipping, etc, and makes it seem like they grow faster. :P
Drink Milk Daily. And if you want them to grow really fast put your fingernails into vinegar for 3-5 minutes a day. It Really works !
