True fact, longer fingers grow nails faster. But for things you can eat, prenatal is your best option. Also Vitamin A, B, C and E are good too. As well as fish oil pills. Your nails all grow depending on your diet.Is there any Homemade recipes that I can use for my nails to grow longer?
get some prenatal vitamins and drink milk

Eat Jello.. that's the best recipe for nails.
